The story
What we built, and why.
A sign shop lives on quote requests. The old site looked fine and produced almost none; people found the shop on Google, called, and got voicemail, and by the time someone called back they'd ordered from a national printer.
We rebuilt the site around the quote: what the shop makes, real photos of installed work, the towns it serves, and a form that asks the three questions a sign quote actually needs. Google Business Profile was cleaned up and kept current, and every quote request now lands in HubSpot with an automatic reply and a task for whoever's on the counter.
The result we watch isn't traffic. It's how many quote requests come in and how fast the first reply goes out.
