The story
What we built, and why.
People planning a shower or a rehearsal dinner search on their phone at night, compare three venues, and message the one that answers first. A venue that replies the next morning has already lost.
The site shows the room, the capacity, the pricing, and the open dates, and asks for the date and headcount up front. It's written to answer the questions people ask Google and ChatGPT ("small event venue near Valdosta for 40 people"), and the Google listing carries the photos and reviews.
Inquiries go straight into HubSpot with an instant reply and a follow-up sequence, so the first answer arrives in minutes whether or not anyone's awake.
